Leisure 470 - SD Card Issues - Please Help

Looking for help. I have a Vankyo Leisure 470. I tried to use a SD card with several movies on the card. The SD card is ScanDisk 32GB. Format: Fat32. The movies are MPEG4 / H.264.

When I switch the input to "SD" the projector recognizes the card and displays USB 2.0 in the top left corner. I also see a menu that shows 4 categories (Movie, Music, Photo, Text). I can scroll between the categories, but no matter which category I select, nothing happens. When I click on Movie, nothing happens. I do not even get the part where I can see the movies that are on the card.

Am I missing something? The user manual for the 470 does not show any steps on how to play videos from an SD card.
