630 Upgraded No sound when mirroring

Just bought a 630 Upgraded projector and got the screen mirroring working but only video, no sound except an occasional popping comes out of the speaker. HDMI works fine. USB 5 volt with lightning cable is the same problem. Video but no sound. Please advise on what is wrong or if there is any settings I need to set on either my phone or projector. Tried both an iPhone X and Android phone.

    thanks for your question.

    May I ask you, what interface types do you use?

    If you use the laptop or DVD to transfer the videos, the laptop or DVD are also need to turn on the volume.

    If this doesn't work, you can reset the device.
