Matrix pad S30 photo saving problem

Hi am having trouble saving screenshots ,it says it lacks space to save it. And now it's come up with an error and says it can't store photos I take with it. Have only taken about a 100 ,it has 20gb left in internal storage and another 105gb on an SD card that is formatted as internal storage. I was hoping to put pictures on the SD card but can't find a way to do this . There doesn't seem to be an option to get it to store them on the SD card even though it's put files on the SD card for them ,they remain empty.

Has anybody else had this problem . A d found a solution for it
