Camera problem of MatrixPad S20

the camera of my Matrixpad S20 is not working .. even the icon of camera is not found on apps .. so please anyone could help me about this problem.. i did everything i know to restore the setup..

    thanks for your question.

    Please update the application (setting-about -FOTA wireless update).

    If your pad is in the latest version, or the camera doesn't work even after you update the application,

    maybe there is something wrong with the camera.

    HEllo, as I said, my firmware is up to date, I cannot run any update.

    The tablet is almost new, and it seems to be a firmware issue as I don't have any possibilities to use it whatever the application I'm trying.

    It's not I'm selecting the front cam and the cam is not working, it's like it doesn't exist, I cannot select it.
