Matrixpad z1 won't update, keeps crashing during install

I've tried a few things already (clear cache and even reset/wiped data through Android and also through recovery mode) but nothing seems to be fixing it. Does anyone have any suggestions I can try? I had previously contacted support but they wouldn't send me links to the software and files to try. Instead they sent me a S7 which has been great but I still would like to use this tablet but I don't want to risk security issues. Thanks for any help!

    Thank you for replying to quick! I was able to download the firmware and finally update the tablet, thank you very much! I'm find it strange that customer support didn't send me a link to the software + images but instead just kept sending me instructions on how to do it (no link's so any software or images).
