Freezing
My Vankyo MatrixPad Z4 10 inch Tablet, keeps freezing about once a week. The only thing I can get on the screen is the Vankyo welcome screen and battery charging. This lasts for 15 to 20 minutes then it comes back on by itself.

It seems like the tablet powered off because of the low battery,
You can charge the tablet when it is still powered on.
If you can add more information to us,
maybe we can define the problem exactly.

It is almost always fully charged. It just did it again, at 88% charge. It restarts by itself after about 10 minutes. During that time when i push the on/off button, i get one of two screens as attached. One shows the battery life and the other a Vankyo screen. not very good photos. This issue is becoming more frequent.
