VANKYO Leisure 470 - Can't get Screen Mirroring to work

I've tried everything it says to do in the manual and I cannot get any Screen Mirroring options to work.

The Manual makes several references to connecting to the projector's wifi, but it does not seem to have any wifi. I see no option on either iOS or Android device to connect to any wife.

I tried the Screen Mirroring through USB and... nothing. I am using the appropriate USB cords for the devices. I tried iPAD and Google Pixel (in USB Debugging Mode).

No dice.

    Could you please take a photo or shot a video for us,

    which could help us to define the problem correctly.

    Besides, you can long press the OK button to reset the mirroring screen and restart your mobile phone.

    I’ve tried everything too. I don’t have wifi - only cellular but can get on leisure wifi sometimes and other times not. However, when I do connect and start screen mirroring, either sound is on with no picture or picture with no sound. What needs to be done?
