Jpgs won't project - "File Not Supported"

Hi, I've had an ongoing problem with the Leisure 430 - jpgs won't project. Has anyone had this issue and is there a fix? Thanks!

    Hello @steincreative ,

    thanks for your question.

    The JPG file format is supported by the Leisure 430,

    maybe the JPG image sizes are too large.

    You can try some other small size JPG images and take a photo for us.
