Video call from s30 comes through only as pixels

When using video call the image received from the s30 is only pixels. It doesn’t matter what device is called, the receivers only get pixels. The s30 however gets clear picture of the person called. Is there a setting to video on s30 to resolve this issue.

    thanks for your question.

    We have some questions,

    1. What software do you use to make calls?

    2. The front camera of the S30 tablet is 8 megapixels, it may be APP compatibility issues, which caused the APP to compress the pixels of the device. In this case, the company cannot guarantee that it can be repaired (this situation has also occurred on skype)
