Lost camera

I've lost the camera on my new vankyo S30. There is no camera icon. Under apps it still shows that the camera is installed but I can not open it. I have tried factory reset twice but nothing changed. I went to google play and downloaded several camera apps but couldn't open those either. I've even tried importing settings and apps from my wife's vankyo but didn't help. Don't know where to go from here. Any help appreciated.

    thanks for your question.

    You can try the factory reset, if it still doesn't work,

    please contact the after-sale service to replace the device, the camera maybe is loose.
