Ordering from Ivankyo website and shipping
Hello, I've ordered a projector direct from the Ivankyo website (5 days ago) and my order status still reads unfulfilled. Can anyone tell me their experience with how fast their delivery and status took to change? Where the warehouse is its coming from (I'm in the US in Ohio) and ultimately, what their delivery experience was like. I left several messages on their number, and replied in FB messenger, and several emails. I did get a reply back today in email stating it was shipped, but to give it longer (10-15 days for delivery) however, my status on the website still says Unfulfilled. I'm a bit worried this may take forever to get here and with 4 children looking forward to movie nights in lockdown, I could have ordered elsewhere quicker. Any thoughts are welcome. thanks.

I ordered directly from Vankyo and received an email when my order shipped. BEWARE, while the projector ordered was packed in its original box, the projector box arrived from Amazon rattling around in an oversized cardboard box without any additional packaging! This is completely unacceptable for an item with glass lenses and circuit boards! I specifically avoid buying electronics from Amazon due to their poor packaging! Numerous inquiries via email and chat have gone unanswered. The next point of contact will be to my credit card company!

in light of COVID-19, logistics and inventory tend to be unsteady. Therefore, orders on our Vankyo website will be classified and shipped accordingly from three warehouses that based in China, Australia, Europe, US, and also Amazon warehouse. Once the outbreak is over, we will stop deliverying from Amazon and China stock, and deliver goods from US warehouse only.
In April it normally takes 8-15 days to deliver the goods because of unsteady situation. we will speed the shipping time to 5-8 days after everything are back to be normal.

That is why you may receive your parcel with an Amazon package. However, for US customers, we plan to ship our products only from the US local warehouse in future.
