630 Projector doesnt play MP4?

Just puirchased the 630 Projector.

Anyone else having problems with playing MP4 files from a USB? tried multiple USB drives. Tried movies at 1080p30 and 720p30 and still get non supported format and non supported framerate ??? Am I gonna have to send this back? Plays DVDs just fine.

Stuck on what to do? Most all my movies are MP4 at 1080p and 720p

    Hi,

    Please be reminded that the following situations may cause V630 to fail to read the data from USB:

    1. A single file or movie should not be larger than 2GB. Files larger than 2GB are unreadable to V630's operation system.

    2. Make sure that USB Drive is formatted FAT32 as it is the only supported format.

    After formatting to FAT32 and using MP4 video files on USB less then 1GB still no support??

    I see the files on the USB. but when I hit play it says loading then goes to ALL FILES UNSUPPORTED?

    Any Ideas?
