Bluetooth Connection Issues With S20 Tablet

Hello,

Has anyone experienced Bluetooth connection issues with the S20 tablet? It has been extremely intermittent since receiving a few weeks ago and is frustrating. Reminds me of an old skool portable CD player that has zero seconds anti-skip protection. Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    1. You can try to adjust the distance between the tablet and bluetooth device, sometimes the long distance may cause the intermittence.

    2. It is suggested that users connect tablet to bluetooth with 5G WIFI as 2.4G WIFI may cause the interference.

    3. Bluetooth may be not compatible with the tablet, you can check the model number of the bluetooth device.
