Downloadable software update for the v600?

I've contacted customer service to no avail. I can't find any kind of link to anything but the manual online and it's the last thing I can try to get my v600 operational again.

Out of nowhere, my projector stopped turning on, and after a reboot via unplugging, it stopped accepting inputs of any kind. I had used it a day or two earlier with zero issues. Software was never updated after purchasing last June, and I did a factory reset as a last-ditch effort during my troubleshooting. I have eliminated my HDMI and sources as possible issues through extensive testing on both HDMIs and the VGA input using numerous sources. If it's not a firmware handshake issue, then I think it has got to be a hardware problem.
