No reply from the CS team
I ordered by device in early June and I wasn't able to get my order until late June - they told me they ran out of stock, even their website shown that model was available when I placed my order.
Finally I have received my parcel, but with the wrong plug. I emailed the CS Team and texted them via messenger, as expected, haven't received any replies from them.
May I know if the support team is dismissed or not? Can I have someone to help me out?
