vankyo leisure 470c - hdmi cable to tv - no signal??

i attached my tv to the projector via the hdmi cable selected the correct port of the projector and said no signal? what am i doing wrong please?

    Hi

    Both HDMI of TV and your projector is only support for signal output. You can connect your projector with phone or PC via HDMI.
