V600 Netflix sound but no video
Hello
I’m getting the Netflix home screen but when I play a movie only the sound is working, the video is not shown on the ipad or the projection.

Please make sure if the ipad is compatible with mirroring cable and if you choose the right channel to play it.
I am having the same issue. I am not using a cable; I am mirroring my phone via WiFi. Netflix and Amazon Prime both only display sound and do not display the picture once I press play.
V600 doesn't support mirror function via WiFi. Please connect via mirroring cable on HDMI ports with your phone.
